[Current Music : Mariah Carey] Well, what a day. I stayed home the whole day. And around 6pm, my sister texted me saying, "HOLY FUCKING SHIT YUENS MARKET IS ON FIRE!".
Here's footage from some random person, I bet they set the fire or something Damn, Clara and I used to stock up on snacks there.. On a totally different note, I've been surfing youtube excessively these days, mainly looking for funny stuff and old stuff I used to watch. Here are the fruits of my search.

Wow, who would have thought network difficulties would be so absolutely fucking annoying? I recently 'upgraded' to an ADSL2+ plan, and it has been pretty good so far. I've been getting speeds of about 300kb/s down and 150kb/s up on a few torrents. Stuff from Micro$oft downloads at about 6mb/s (at least I know it actually DOES go fast). I did a test at Speedtest.net, it said that my max speeds were 9.9mb/s down and 900kb/s up. Pretty fucking worship!
I'm in the middle of doing an assignment I've already done before (same time last year), but instead, I will pass this time. It's pretty funny how they've tried to bust copying from previous year's work by altering a few numbers around the place. With that said, I'm finding it a little hard to do assignments again... Three months of holidays hasn't helped at all. Maybe I should blog more regularly to beat this shitty writter's block. Heh, that's what I'm doing now.
In other news, Matt (not my brother) Hsu came over and gave me a new toon to watch; Avatar: The last Airbender. It's about some kid who is able to control the four elements (earth, fire, wind [air] and water).

*end side note* Well anyway, I watched a few episodes of Avatar. It's actually pretty good. It's OBVIOUSLY made for kids, but is still thoroughly enjoyable like TMNT. Speaking of TMNT, I downloaded the movie that is set to come out on the 5th of April. It was ok, but I wouldn't pay money to go and watch it at the cinema. The story was nothing spectacular, but still decent. Aliens come to earth and the Turtles have to send them back to wherever they came from (No Shredder!?). They also have to reunite the family because Raphael and Leonardo are having some sibling emo rivalry thing. Everything you would expect from those Turtles. I thought it was funny how they starred Zhang Zi-Yi as the voice of Karai (female villian). Her English sucked as much as usual. I'm reliving my childhood and downloading the old TMNT (1987) cartoon series AND the 2003 series!! It should be good. Anyway, ***** for TMNT 2007 movie, and ***** for Avatar: The last Airbender. In other news, I was looking up Scrubs (tv series) stuff and came across Zach Braff's (lead actor) blog. He's a pretty funny guy, check it out here. I better get back to work. Despite the title of this blog entry, I'm pretty calm. It's one of those breezy sunny days where the cool coast wind blows your hair so it flies up and makes you look like a powering up Dragon Ball Z character. Coupled with iPod, I'd say it is fucking great. Anyway, there's about thirteen minutes until my first test (worth 6% or something), I think I'll head out, ace the test and then go home for some well deserved sleep.

25 mars Ninja Meal[Current Mood : Bored, Full]
[Current Music : Incubus - Drive] Here's another semi-regular update that I've been trying to do. Nothing interesting again as ussual.
Finished my Tekken tournament with my team placing second (no match rigging either). It was pretty enjoyable to spectate and play in. Blah blah.
It was my brother's birthday on Thursday (22rd March). Happy 6th birthday Matt! Parents took him shopping for a present and he chose a fucking Star Wars Monopoly set. What PANSY chooses a board game for their birthday? My sister bought him a jacket and I got him a nothing. Maybe I should go shopping and buy him some underwear or some shit.
Anyway, we also let him choose where to go to dinner for his birthday. I was pretty suprised when he said he wanted to go to Sizzler. So, we went to Sizzler today (Sunday 25th March). Funnily enough, NOTHING has changed since the last time I went (a few years ago). As always, almost NOTHING is worth eating there, but hey, my brother chose it. I ordered a steak (medium well, as most Asians would have it). As always, there's a 20 minute wait before the main meal comes, so you're just sitting there filling yourself with the shit they have at the "salad bar". There's ussually nothing worth eating at the salad bar either, other than the barely acceptable pumpkin soup.
THE ONLY THING WORTH EATING AT SIZZLER IS THE COMPLEMENTARY CHEESE BREAD.
So then 15 minutes later, my "steak" comes. As expected, it's a charcoal black log of cardboard with a bloody centre. I ate it anyway because I was hungry..
I didn't even bother with dessert because I know better than to eat a bowl of Salmonella. At the end of the meal (at Sizzler), it's customary to play with your food. So I made a smiley face with calamari, bbq sauce and mashed potato.
As most of you would know, Sizzler has a seperate one-way Exit door to stop free loaders from Ninja-ing into the restaurant. On the way out, I opened the door and two young teenage kids SLIPPED IN before the door closed (Indiana Jones style)! Hahaha fucking funny! I give the night 6/10 because of the Ninja kids who got a free meal.
In other news, I fully recommend the movie 300. I reckon it lives up to the trailor hype (especially when the Spartan king f,f+4s (Armour King) the black guy into the hole).

Oh man, I shouldn't have woken up and left the house so early today. I'm at uni an hour and a bit earlier than class starts because I caught the early train. My fault..
Anyway, I had a Mother (energy drink) this morning. Don't believe what everyone else says, it doesn't taste that bad. In fact, it's about the same as the other energy drinks. As for the "energy" part of the drink, I can't feel it yet... Caffeine is supposed to kick in roughly 45 minutes after intake but I can't feel anything other than heat.... HEAT from the broken down air-conditioner in this computer lab.
I'm looking forward to the coming lecture. Hooray! The lecturer is a self important fatty who knows a LITTLE about Biochemistry and also has a poor sense of humour. I'll try and take a picture of him with my NEW PHONE (thanks Clara
 )!I might also have a test in class today, I'm not sure because I haven't really been paying attention in lectures. This means I have to actually go to all my lectures this week until I've done the test. Oh man...
There are people looking at me while I blog, I should probably alt+tab some lecture notes or something.

Hi again.
Two blogs in ONE WEEK!? Once again, nothing much to say. I just finished eating lunch (I made Laksa). Went to the bank this morning. Played some Liero Extreme.
Damn, I first played Liero when I was in the 9th Grade (8 years ago!?) and I'm still playing it in now. I will never grow up :P. Of course, I wouldn't be playing the same old DOS game, it has support for net play (up to 8 players) now. Damn fun! Get it HERE!
Anyway, the title of the entry. I switched over to ADSL2+, a few days ago, but TPG (my ISP) emailed me saying that they would cut the net for FIVE WORKING DAYS!? and that I could use the "backup" dialup plan that was "free of charge". I read the conditions, it says that you have to pay $1.10 per hour you use. How is that free at all? Fuck, I'm angry. Anyway, you're probably wondering how I'm blogging right now. I'm leeching my neighbour's wireless. They must have also upgraded to ADSL2+ recently, because last time I was leeching, I was only getting donwload speeds of ~60kb/s down and 25kb/s up. NOW, I'm getting 3.643mb/s DOWN!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?! and 119kb/s UP !!??!?!?!?!?!??!?!?! (According to Speedtest.net)
Anyway, I think I should use this sparingly, I don't want them to find out.
So I'm off.
